RETURNABLE ITEMS

We have a no-quibble 30-day return policy for our standard range of unframed paper map products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some items are non-returnable. This includes:

  • All framed maps (maps are framed to order), unless faulty or damaged upon receipt.

  • All personalised or customised items, unless faulty or damaged upon receipt

  • Sale items, unless faulty or damaged upon receipt

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

HOW TO RETURN

To begin your return or exchange of your eligible item, please contact us at info@atlasalba.com with proof of purchase. If you are returning a defective or damaged item, please include photographs of the relevant areas of the item.

We will provide return shipping address details once details of the return have been received and processed.

Once your return has been accepted, and we have received the returned item, we will refund your funds to your original method of payment.

SHIPPING

Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your items.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Refunds can sometimes take a while to process, particularly over holiday periods. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please re-check your bank account first.
